Service Call Policy

The $200 USD fee covers the initial on-site diagnostic service call.

The service-call fee does not automatically include repairs, replacement equipment, replacement parts, additional technicians, specialized equipment or extensive electrical work.

If additional work is required, Baja Solar will explain the recommended repair and provide pricing before proceeding.

Some problems can be corrected during the initial service call when they require only basic troubleshooting or configuration. More complex repairs may require a second appointment, additional labor or replacement equipment.

Please provide your location, inverter brand, battery brand and a brief description of the problem after booking whenever possible.
